1. Select Forgot Password?
Go to ewallet.2cash.io and select 'Forgot Password?'
Go to ewallet.2cash.io and select 'Forgot Password?'
Enter your Username and select 'Submit'. The system will send your password change instructions to the email address associated with your account. If you have not confirmed an email with your account, email help@2cash.io with your Username and account number. We will reply with your password reset instructions.
NOTE 1 : This is time sensitive so make sure to check your email immediately after the system sends your password change instructions.
NOTE 2 : If you created an account before 01 Nov 2019, your email address is your Username.
In your email select the link to reset your password.
On the password reset page, enter your Username and Password then repeat your Password and select 'Reset Password'.
