How to Change Your Secondary Password

Step by step guide on how to change your secondary password on 2cash.

1. Login to your 2cash wallet

Enter your Username and Password then select 'Log In'.
NOTE : If you created an account before 01 Nov 2019, your email address is your Username.

2. Go to Account Information

From the menu, select 'Account Information' and go to your account page.

3. Change secondary password

On your account page, scroll to the bottom and select 'Change Secondary Password' button.
NOTE : There are two ways to change your secondary password.

4.1. Use your old secondary password

If you remember your old secondary password, enter it along with your new secondary password and select the 'Change Secondary Password' blue button.

4.2. Use the 'Forgot Secondary Password?' red button

If you don't remember your old secondary password, press the 'Forgot Secondary Password?' red button then proceed to the next step.

5. Send code

Follow the instructions on the page and then select 'Send Code' to receive a code in your email to change your secondary password.

6. Verification code

Go to your email and get the code sent. Enter that code in the Verification Code field and then select 'Verify Code'.
